Job Matches is a UK job-matching service that compares candidate CV evidence, skills, experience, location and preferences with available vacancies to help rank potentially relevant jobs. Matching UK vacancies to a candidate CV is the core product. Ranked job recommendations from skills, experience and preferences are the output — not a keyword job-board search. Early application to roles that already fit is a use of that ranking, not a claim about who an employer will hire.
What the product is
You upload a CV, set titles and UK locations, and receive ranked matches with a fit score. Pro keeps search running daily and can email a digest so you can apply early. We do not submit applications, and we do not mix this product with other AI Build websites in Search Console or analytics.
Who built it
Job Matches is owned and operated by AI Build Group Ltd. The same group builds related tools such as OfficeMaker application packs, which Job Matches can use when you generate a tailored CV and letter. Company background: built by AI Build Group.
Candidates and employers
Candidates: match your CV to UK jobs, then apply on the employer’s own process. Employers: post a vacancy or search people who turned on “Allow employers to find me”. That switch is off by default. Employer hiring.
CV uploads and privacy
A CV is used to build your matching profile. It is not shown to employers unless you opt in. Details: privacy and CV data use.
