We are preparing a full privacy notice for Job Matches. Until that document is published, these principles apply:

• You control the career information you choose to submit.
• Job-search data in the product stays associated with your account.
• We do not automatically apply to jobs on your behalf.
• AI-assisted materials should remain grounded in information you provide.
• Employers can search or receive matches only for candidates who turn on Allow employers to find me in Settings. That permission is off by default and can be withdrawn at any time.
