What is different for graduates

The engine is the same one used for experienced hires: experience first, then location, then keywords. The difference is the experience band. If you set graduate or junior, lead/manager titles and “five years’ experience” specs are hard-rejected instead of ranked as a hopeful stretch.

Upload the CV you already have. Coursework, a dissertation method, a placement and part-time work are usable signals. Then add two or three target titles (“graduate analyst”, “operations assistant”) and UK cities you can actually reach. That combination is how we match your CV to UK jobs at entry level.

Yes. Set experience to graduate or entry-level, upload the CV (courses, projects, internships count), and add UK locations. Seniority filters are designed to drop roles that ask for years you do not have.
Will I still see “3+ years” analyst jobs?
Those titles are usually rejected when your experience band is graduate/junior. That is a feature: the matcher is not trying to flood an early-career profile with mid-level noise.
